2. Benefit Checks
After we have gathered all necessary information about you, we check whether your child qualifies for services provided by our company. In particular, we verify the status of your insurance benefits for ABA therapy and analyze your kid’s diagnosis and recommended treatment.
3. Authorization-Assessment
If you qualify for our services, we send an authorization request to your insurance for the initial assessment of your child. Once it is approved, we schedule your first meeting with a specialist who will introduce you to the process, discuss various aspects of the problem, interact with your child, and develop an initial therapy plan
4. Therapy
Once authorization is received, we notify your family and begin therapy. Our goal is to make it easier for families to access ABA therapy with no waitlist whenever possible so children can begin building skills sooner.
5. Review and Submission
When the assessment is complete, your BCBA reviews your child’s treatment plan with you to make sure the goals and services feel right for your family. After your approval, the plan is submitted to your insurance for service authorization.
